The Forest Rest House is open for tourists and wildlife lovers from 15 October to 15th June of every year. The entry gate to the Bijrani zone is the Aamdanda gate. It would indeed feel great to go for lunch at Bijrani Forest Canteen. You can take the rest for a while at Bijrani Forest Lodge. And make an extended journey to Chhoti Fire Line, Badi Fire Line, Water Whole No. 2, Water Whole No. 4 and Machan.

Restaurant and Canteen

Bijrani Forest rest house has a canteen facility for meals and beverages. Apart from breakfast, lunch and dinner the canteen also serves tea, coffee and snacks. All meals are veg meals and available as per canteen timing.

All rooms are naturally ventilated even without there being no electric appliances like Air conditioners or fans. As per occupancy rooms have wooden beds. During the day time, open windows are the best source of daylight while at night LED lamps become a source of light. The rooms do not have any intercom facility.

Rooms have an attached washroom facility. The Forest department offers bath linen, and soap in washrooms.

Jeep and Elephant Back Safari

While staying at this forest rest house one can enjoy morning and evening jeep and elephant safari of Bijrani range. A maximum of six members can go on a jeep safari in one jeep while four people can sit on an elephant. After Dhikala Bijrani is the only rest house that has an elephant back safari option available for guests.
